Discount from 3% to 10% on all bookings made by telephone or at our "online Booking (automatic)", based on a minimum of 3 days on each room type;

Discounts for Teachers, Teachers that stay for visits to cultural or for reasons of service, only contact phone;

Discount from 3% to 10% for Students regularly enrolled at the Universities of Rome and their Relatives/Friends, due to exams, Graduations, or for visiting students can enrol at Universities, with only telephone contact;

Discount from 5% to 15% for People who need to stay for visits to medical specialist from any structure, public or private , and their Carers, with only telephone contact;

Discounts for Organizations and Companies that sign agreements at Our facility.

The prices and discounts vary according to the season and to the reference period and are not cumulative to other promotions or discounts in the course.

Any discounts must be requested only at the time of the telephone booking and are applied, on the price of our online booking based on the requested date.

The structure avails itself of the right to request the documentation necessary for the application of the discounts declared in the booking, also at Check-in
